Terms of Cooperation:
You can contact me in any way that is convenient for you (through the website or messaging apps), and we will discuss all the details. Then, you provide me with the project brief for review; I will study it and prepare a preliminary estimate, which will detail all expenses. If you don’t have a brief, you can either fill out a questionnaire that will help both me and you get oriented, or choose to create a visual concept. The “based on my taste” option is also available. The shoot will take place on the chosen date after the advance payment is made. The advance payment guarantees the seriousness of your intentions and reserves the date in my schedule. Retouching will take 3-7 business days. Once ready, you will pay the remaining amount and receive a link to a drive with your files.

Start of work
We will contact you in any way convenient for you and discuss all the details. You give me the technical task for the project for review, I study it, make an estimate in which all expenses will be described in detail, and send it to you for approval
Terms of reference and preliminary calculation
We approve the technical task and budget.
If you do not have a technical task:
— fill out a brief to get your bearings at least a little or
— select the creation of a visual concept (key visual) or
— the option “to my taste” (edits are not provided in this case)
Don’t worry, if the estimated budget goes beyond what was planned. We always discuss options on how to optimize everything
Registration
I am sending you the contract for approval and signing. We select the shooting dates based on the time for delivery of the goods, and you make an advance payment. The date is not booked without prepayment.
An appendix to the contract is a previously approved technical task and sketches if it’s required. This guarantees the result you expect to get
Preparation and shooting
You are sending the product by courier or delivery service. I’m doing the preparation for the shoot and the selection of props. The shooting takes place on the date from the contract. We need to discuss in advance if you want to attend the shoot in person. There are no obstacles to online approval, just stay in touch
Retouch
After shooting the raw photos are sent for retouching. The period is from 3 to 7 days depending on the complexity and volume of work. During the retouching process we'll discuss and adjust the color/light in the photos in the messengers
Payment
When it’s ready, you pay the remaining amount and I will send you a link to download the files. You view all the photos and if something needs to be corrected somewhere, you immediately send all the edits and comments that I eliminate within 1-2 days
Additional services
According to the terms of the contract or if necessary, the designer makes an infographic for the product card
