I can't figure out what kind of shooting I need
I don't have a technical task. Can I order a photoshoot without it?
Yes.
In this case, there are two ways to solve the issue:
1. You can order the development of a key visual, it contains a technical task. The development of a key visual is another service, you can see in detail here
2. “To my taste” — you trust me and my experience to organize the shooting of your product from beginning to end, but at the same time you will not have the opportunity to make edits and adjustments. This option only provides for a 100% prepayment. And to clarify the cost of such an option, you need to fill out a brief
What is included in the price?
The cost includes the preparation of products for shooting, lighting, color correction and retouching. More details on each product category can be found here
What affects the cost and how do I find out the final amount?
The cost is affected by:
— the complexity of shooting and further retouching of the product (holography, metal, mirror surfaces, chrome, glass with thermal printing, shapeless or crumpled packages
— the complexity of the composition
— the amount of work
— the urgency of execution
— full transfer of rights (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
— purchase / rental /manufacture of props
— participation of models and other involved specialists
After careful study of the technical task for the project, the final amount will be indicated in the estimate with a detailed description of all expenses
The amount in the estimate is higher than I planned, but I want to work with you. What solution can you offer me?
Don’t worry If the estimated budget goes beyond what was planned. We are always discussing options on how to optimize it.
I don't like the photos I received. How to solve this problem?
In order to prevent such a situation from happening, I am doing all the preparatory work. I study the information that you filled out in the brief, we discuss in detail and approve the technical task according to which the shooting will be carried out. If it’s necessary, I draw sketches of compositions for each photo. You can coordinate each composition online and after shooting you can control retouching and make adjustments during the retoucher operation. And then you will definitely be satisfied with the result
In what case can there be a reshoot of the project?
This is possible in two cases:
1. If the final result does not match the technical task then I will reshoot the project at my own expense
2. If upon completion of the shooting the technical task has changed for some reason (changed my mind, the concept has changed dramatically at the request of the management, the amount of final material has increased, the number of products for shooting has increased, an additional type of shooting is required, for example, with the participation of models) — then this is an additional payment, the costs are borne by the customer
